I feel a bit more inspired to do yoga here. Wish I could post up my 20 minute naked yoga video here, on this platform. Look I can finally put my head on the ground. Yes, I know it’s pretty basic yoga but give a woman a break.
Yoga does not mean simply doing some body poses, that is only a very small part called Hatayoga, true yoga requires a spiritual knowledge, a discipline and a very deep love for the presence of God in each one of us... Namasté 🕉️⭐
