Looking for so[m]e serious advice tryin to put on muscle this winter and actually cut in the summer been trying to do it but few like I’m not doin it right haha here is where I’m at so far
(m) Results from just eating healthy, calculating macros and all. Will be back to training soon as I had to stop, because of health issues. Hope you are all staying positive and enjoying yourselves!
