If you get angry or upset often I feel like a good investment would be to get a punching bag or even just a bag of sand you can stand up to let out your anger. Don't hurt others who don't deserve it
If you're at home make sure to take out your garbage and clean up any cups. If you're at school or work you should probably not be on reddit but I don't judge
