[25, f, 5β1, 125lbs] My βworstβ angle. I put on some weight and lost a lot of muscle since the pandemic. I try to practice body neutrality, but some days itβs harder to not feel negatively about the flaws I see.
40(f) - 130lbs - 5ft 7. I have always focused on my flaws, what I would rather have or how I would prefer to look. over the last year or 2 I've realised I should be grateful for what I have.
(29, 5β10, 180) Dad bods might be in but I found lifting weights to be relaxing and I like seeing the progress. Canβt wait to see where it keeps taking me.
