Started eating healthier and going out on walks a few times a week, down 8 lbs 😊 feeling pretty good about my body today and wanted to share with this lovely and positive community
40(f) -130lbs - 5ft 7. Having a bit of self negativity about myself over the last couple of days. feeling old and frumpy and nothing fits right. need a chilled weekend to refresh and appreciate what I have ❤️👍
