([M] 29, 170, 5’11) I’ve been just feeling so good lately. 5 days a week at the gym, regularly full 7-8 hours of sleep, and been getting more hours in reading and studying instead of being hooked on TikTok! I hope everyone else is doing just as well.
F / 18 / 5'8" / 145 / I really don't like the way my body looks, but I'm giving this a shot. Working out every day to lose weight too bit I've clearly got a long way to go haha
6'3" and 200lbs, growing up leaner (175 or under) my dysmorphia makes me think I'm overweight but ocassionly I take some selfish like this that make me feel confident again! (promise I'm not erect, I was fresh out of the shower)
