20F 5'2" 140lbs Feeling a bit insecure. I wanna start weight training with body weight exercises. Which exercises would you suggest and how many reps/sets should I start with? I'd like to have some definition in my arms, abs, perk up my breasts(?) and

40(f) - 130lbs - 5ft 7. Just a normal (British) mum of 2. I have up days and down days. But I always try to be thankful for just being me, saggy hits, stretch marks and cellulite included xx
[F] 24, 180lbs, 5'6. 5 months after spinal surgery. Can you even see the scar? I'm not 100% recovered but I try to remind myself that I should be grateful to be able to walk again.
