I've gained 20 lb in the last year. It's not sustainable to rely on your "conventionally attractive" parts for confidence bc our bodies change constantly. It's a lesson I keep relearning.
28F 130 lbs 5'6". Been strength training officially for a year this month and gained some weight in the process, used to be 15 lbs lighter so I'm still getting used to the new me
50F, 5’6”, 135…not sure if this is the right group for me. Very few older women. Very nervous about posting here but I’ll try it once. Hard to be confident in a group of 20-something hotties!
