[f18, ~190lbs, 5’1] been having a rough time recently n so naturally that’s meant poor self confidence. hopefully posting this lifts my spirits a bit ^_^
F/32 ~160 lb (haven’t weighed myself in a while). I’ve gained probably 20 lbs over the pandemic & haven’t been exercising much lately but learning to feel secure with my changing body
