28F, 130 lbs, 5’5”. My tummy is where I store most of the weight on my frame and it makes me so self conscious, considering 10-15 lb weight loss. My waist feels so wider compared to others at a similar weight
M/late 20’s/5’6/187lbs- it’s been awhile since o posted. I have lost some weight because I am not eating as much as I have been. I could be eating healthier, but this is a start. What I really need to focus on is working out. Any suggestions for a
