M/late 20’s/5’6/187lbs- it’s been awhile since o posted. I have lost some weight because I am not eating as much as I have been. I could be eating healthier, but this is a start. What I really need to focus on is working out. Any suggestions for a
M 6’ 49 185. Freshly out of the shower. Had to have an routine EKG done and they had to shave spots in my chest hair to attach the electrodes. 😭. I think it grew back ok?
