F/32 ~160 lb (haven’t weighed myself in a while). I’ve gained probably 20 lbs over the pandemic & haven’t been exercising much lately but learning to feel secure with my changing body
[F, 21, 156lbs, 5’6] it’s been a shit year, I’m only a month out of kidney surgery and I’m dealing with serious domestic issues. Hopefully you guys can cheer me up?
