F/ 5’4”/152 - Just got myself a personal trainer. I started 3 weeks ago, 2 days a week. I did weigh myself today and lost 8 lbs, which is great but how long did it take to see the results? Some words of advice would be great!
Petite F22, lost weight over the years and trying to go to the gym again. Any tips or routine workouts for building bigger legs? Any effective workouts to fill in hip dips and strengthen hip muscle? All tips are appreciated
