I had to double check, the OP must've filtered it on Monthly or Weekly Trending during July when most releases were NTR during that timeframe. 2nd ranking is yearly. Sorry if it burst your bubbles though.
This one Dramus released on the 15th just released the digital version on nhentai. Seems he did release what seems to be a new chapter but it was just another prequel/backstory :(
