11/19/21. I did water pumping today and it felt better the vacuum pumping. I just wish I had my own place so I could do it more then vacuum pumping. I still like both of them. Which gives you more gains??? Anyone knows?
early morning pump gave bigger results than intended, so much that i called into work. theres a tortured pair of compression briefs under these shorts.
