F39, 5'5" 130lbs. Never thought I'd have the courage to post anything like this. Had negative body image & no confidence all my life, now as a mother of 3 it's even worse. Hoping some honest opinions may help me be a little more positive.

40(f) - 130lbs - 5ft 7. Just a normal working mom with a normal working mom bod. I didn't appreciate myself until my mid 30s, but I learned that mostly, the flaws were only something I saw. xx
(5'3) (26) (F) (155-157 weight fluctuates) turned 1 year pp baby #2 this past march . 2 kids. Love this group and I appreciate looking at other body types in here. Everyone has a beautiful body no matter what shape ❤️❤️❤️
