This is Frank, a 20 gram 4.4 x 3.5 x 2.5 (doctor’s official measurement) fibro adenoma removed from my left breast, hence why video was not allowed. He was a beast, but Frank has been yanked!
Stepped on a toothpick in December, urgent care got as much of it out as they could. This finally popped yesterday while I was checking on the "healed" puncture site. Sweet relief.
