I've gained 20 lb in the last year. It's not sustainable to rely on your "conventionally attractive" parts for confidence bc our bodies change constantly. It's a lesson I keep relearning.
[F, 30, 140ish, 5'6"] I've had body image issues for many years now, but recently I've been more accepting of myself. I still feel self conscious but this sub has helped a lot
(5'3) (26) (F) (155-157 weight fluctuates) turned 1 year pp baby #2 this past march . 2 kids. Love this group and I appreciate looking at other body types in here. Everyone has a beautiful body no matter what shape ❤️❤️❤️
F - 32- 5'8 - 205lbs: funny to think that I love my body more now than I did when I was 80lbs thinner. the journey to self love is a hard one, and it never really stops.
