20F 5'2" 140lbs Feeling a bit insecure. I wanna start weight training with body weight exercises. Which exercises would you suggest and how many reps/sets should I start with? I'd like to have some definition in my arms, abs, perk up my breasts(?) and
6'3" and 200lbs, growing up leaner (175 or under) my dysmorphia makes me think I'm overweight but ocassionly I take some selfish like this that make me feel confident again! (promise I'm not erect, I was fresh out of the shower)
40(f) - 130lbs - 5ft 7. Just a normal (British) mum of 2. I have up days and down days. But I always try to be thankful for just being me, saggy hits, stretch marks and cellulite included xx
