Started eating healthier and going out on walks a few times a week, down 8 lbs π feeling pretty good about my body today and wanted to share with this lovely and positive community
F/24/5β3/205 Iβm really disappointed in myself for putting on so much weight lately. Iβm going to start working to get it off but Iβm trying to be comfortable with who I am during the entire process so here we go. Be niceπ€π»
