M/26/295 This is my body after losing 125 lbs. I’d choose this body over being +400 lbs any day. The fat roll between my chest and stomach was caused by stomach gripping for the last 16 years.
I used to hate my stomach and my thighs. A year ago, I would’ve deleted this picture instantly. There are so many different body shapes out there. I’ve learnt I have nothing to be ashamed of.
(29, 5’10, 180) Dad bods might be in but I found lifting weights to be relaxing and I like seeing the progress. Can’t wait to see where it keeps taking me.
