([M] 29, 170, 5β11) Iβve been just feeling so good lately. 5 days a week at the gym, regularly full 7-8 hours of sleep, and been getting more hours in reading and studying instead of being hooked on TikTok! I hope everyone else is doing just as well.
F39, 5'5" 130lbs. Never thought I'd have the courage to post anything like this. Had negative body image & no confidence all my life, now as a mother of 3 it's even worse. Hoping some honest opinions may help me be a little more positive.
