20mins of my chat in OBS (but also on browser). Twitch can not see anything wrong, and tell me my ISP is to blame. ISP sees nothing wrong. Connected with cable to router, that has no outages. 1000/1000 fiber connection

Golden kappa instead of regular. Does anyone know how rare this is to get found it in the chat of a streamer I was watching? Bttv just lists it as regular Kappa but clearly, it's different.
I can’t upload emotes bc it’s just loading like this, one emote was uploaded but the others just stay loading like this (it’s been 10 mins and still stuck like that).
