([M] 29, 170, 5’11) I’ve been just feeling so good lately. 5 days a week at the gym, regularly full 7-8 hours of sleep, and been getting more hours in reading and studying instead of being hooked on TikTok! I hope everyone else is doing just as well.
I've gained 20 lb in the last year. It's not sustainable to rely on your "conventionally attractive" parts for confidence bc our bodies change constantly. It's a lesson I keep relearning.
Appreciate the love on my first contribution, and feeling great about it. It's hard to immediately accept those feelings sometimes, but I'm working on it.
