M [27, 190lbs, 5’9”] been doing a lot more exercise lately and feeling better than I have since high school. I have a long way to go yet but feeling better about my body every day! Currently cooling down post-workout
26,130lb,5’7. More ‘exposed’ and different lighting. I’m still low with confidence due to previous issues and now due to my bf sexting other women. Makes me feel like my body isn’t enough or attractive in his eyes.

(F,5’8) Cant sleep. I really need to get better bedtime hygiene. I noticed whenever I am coming out of a long depression it is hard for me to fall asleep. I feel anxious that the feeling will go away and I’ll wake up tomorrow and be sad again. Idk if
