I'm having to hide from the sun today, but a new "back support" (a waist cincher) arrived today and I no longer feel like a whale. Plus my back doesn't hurt 😳
Went out in public dressed up for the first time, tonight. It was a bit anxiety inducing at first, but I'm proud of myself for going through with it! Happy New Year y'all! 😄
