[F] 57. My husband couldn't take it anymore. I'm training naked as usual. He stopped what he was doing and bent me over a workout bench. WOW. We didn't have the camera set up so I handed him mine to take at least one pic.
Looking for so[m]e serious advice tryin to put on muscle this winter and actually cut in the summer been trying to do it but few like I’m not doin it right haha here is where I’m at so far
