[M, 27, 78kg, 180cm] Put on a tiny bit of weight since I last posted 2 months ago, and along with the exercise I've added into my routine I'm starting to feel a lot better about how my body looks
35, 5' 7", 190lbs. I let my workout go for a few months, ready to get back at it. In the meantime I'm still loving what my body can do, and how it looks, even without the tone.
Normal after swim body π a man told me my belly may need a weight loss. I struggle with that since my endometriosis surgery few years ago and itβs difficult for me to loose weight. I try to accept how it is and to do sport regularly for my pleasure,
