[M] 31, 280lbs, 6’2” - I’m 7lbs down from where I started on the 6th. I’m feeling pretty good, but I know I have a long way to go. I just want to be healthy and look the part.
[23F, 46kg, 150cm]. I always hate my tummy. Is it normal to have THICK fat under your skin? I can't seem to get rid of it no matter how hard I exercise/diet.
