How do you add VST plugins to OBS? I’ve downloaded a few of them and nothing comes up when I try to select a plugin when I’m in filters. What am I doing wrong?

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Buddy can hear the game but only gets this “snowy” screen. Right account is linked, logged out of everything and reset up still same issue. Streaming right off of Series X. No capture card, etc.
