I have gone from 120-175 lbs. but technically not all of that was on purpose. Here’s a comparison of my purposeful gain in the same shirt (150-175lbs. ) 🥵🐷 6 months between the pics 😏
This is one of the first before and after pictures I’ve ever made of myself. I didn’t think I’d see much of a difference but boy where’d that belly come from😳
