Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Buddy can hear the game but only gets this “snowy” screen. Right account is linked, logged out of everything and reset up still same issue. Streaming right off of Series X. No capture card, etc.
Perfectly healthy new computer. 30 fps 720 res 4500 bitrate and it gets stuck at "starting". I've looked all across the internet and have tried everything. I'm also a super noob so please be gentle lol
I don't plan to stream for a few weeks. What's the easiest way to get to Partner without pissing off my followers with fake streams? Can I stream for a few seconds to meet this requirement?
