[26, 250lbs, 5'11] Have been losing weight and feeling more confident every day since I started dieting about 2 months ago. Down 30lbs from 280lbs! Next is when I can afford a gym membership but I already walk my dog twice a day. Feels like there's not

32 years old, 5’4”, 130lbs It’s amazing what stress can do to your body. Never intended to lose weight, but I have to not let anxiety and stress take control. Be good to yourself.
