I feel a bit more inspired to do yoga here. Wish I could post up my 20 minute naked yoga video here, on this platform. Look I can finally put my head on the ground. Yes, I know it’s pretty basic yoga but give a woman a break.
😅 first attempt taking a pic while in tree. Pose. So not the most strict form. But meditation and yoga under a calm blue is a great way to prep for the week ahead. Hope everyone has a good one.
