Hi lovelies! I've been gaining weight from depression. I've had depression/anxiety since I was 12 but it gets worst during winter, as does my body dysmorphia. Hope you're all doing ok these dark months 💖
M 6’ 49 185. Freshly out of the shower. Had to have an routine EKG done and they had to shave spots in my chest hair to attach the electrodes. 😭. I think it grew back ok?
