5'4" 125 lbs. Been going to a gym regularly for 6 months and primarily doing resistance training. Still keeping at it, but not sure I'm noticing any progress yet.
[M] 31, 280lbs, 6ā2ā - Iām 7lbs down from where I started on the 6th. Iām feeling pretty good, but I know I have a long way to go. I just want to be healthy and look the part.
