F20 , 150 , 5’2 took a break from posting on here and it felt good. I’ve been focusing on the gym and eating a lot better. I already can see a difference in my body but happy holidays y’all ❤️💚
30. 185cm. 135kg. I see so many people on here stating how unhappy they are with their body image, i highly recommend going to a nude Beach if you can, you will literally be set free physically and mentally!
