[F] 26, 5’6, ~240 - pandemic, working in healthcare, and being mentally/emotionally burnt out have made it hard to lose weight. Trying to love myself on this journey.
As someone who used to struggle a lot about body image I’m very grateful for the positivity in this group and to have a place to reinforce the beauty of normal human bodies ☺️
