32F 4’10” 190.6 lb Very unhappy with my body currently. Recently started eating healthier and soon I’ll be exercising more so hopefully progress will start to show in time.
27, 5’ 10” 150lbs, feeling a little down about the body, getting a gut back from drinking too much and not enough exercise, doesn’t help when everybody on social media has 8 pack abs and are ripped to shreds. Just trying to feel good about the body
