[M24 - 210lbs - 6’4] When I was younger, I was very ashamed of my body. I couldn’t enjoy simple things because I was worried about people judging me. After a lot of hard work in and out of the gym, I’m happy to say I’m finally getting over myself
Fuck the media and the lies they tell us about our bodies. Fuck companies that prey on vulnerable people. Fuck anyone who thinks it’s okay to body shame anyone else.
