I put on almost 30lbs during lockdown and recently lost most of it, but I still feel as big as before. I’ve struggled with having a healthy approach to my weight since I was little, and I’m trying to not slide back into bad habits
M (20) 300 pounds, 6’4. I’m not confident about my body whatsoever, I don’t expect to get any compliments. I’m not ashamed of my weight, but I am trying to lose it. Figured I’d share here since this is a positive community
