First post in this sub. I've spent most of my life embarrassed by my body. I think it's time to embrace that all bodies are acceptable.. M, 51, 230, 5'11"
29F, 5’5”, 120 lbs. In a weak moment of embarrassment and paranoia, I deleted all my posts. I feel better now and know I have nothing to be ashamed of.
