F/ 5’4”/152 - Just got myself a personal trainer. I started 3 weeks ago, 2 days a week. I did weigh myself today and lost 8 lbs, which is great but how long did it take to see the results? Some words of advice would be great!
I have these fat in my arms like my arms feel like they’re so thick and it’s not even muscle just plain soft fat . What exercises should I do to tone and make them lean . Also my neck seems invisible here how to improve my posture too ?
