I put on almost 30lbs during lockdown and recently lost most of it, but I still feel as big as before. I’ve struggled with having a healthy approach to my weight since I was little, and I’m trying to not slide back into bad habits
27F, 125lbs, 5 ft 5”. Have a lot of anxiety about putting myself out there in dating & especially getting intimate, posting here has definitely helped but revealing this part of myself irl to someone is a challenge for me.
