23, 5'6", 117 LBS. coming to terms with the fact that gaining a little bit of weight will not automatically send me back on the path of weighing 230 LBS again and learning how to love the parts of my body i never saw before :)
[M] 31, 283lbs, 6’2” - I feel pretty good about myself, being that I lost 4 lbs this week. That said, I’m still self-conscious about my belly rolls and my downstairs.
[F, 21, 156lbs, 5’6] it’s been a shit year, I’m only a month out of kidney surgery and I’m dealing with serious domestic issues. Hopefully you guys can cheer me up?
