27, 5’ 10” 150lbs, feeling a little down about the body, getting a gut back from drinking too much and not enough exercise, doesn’t help when everybody on social media has 8 pack abs and are ripped to shreds. Just trying to feel good about the body
[F, 21, 156lbs, 5’6] it’s been a shit year, I’m only a month out of kidney surgery and I’m dealing with serious domestic issues. Hopefully you guys can cheer me up?
