M/late 20’s/5’6/187lbs- it’s been awhile since o posted. I have lost some weight because I am not eating as much as I have been. I could be eating healthier, but this is a start. What I really need to focus on is working out. Any suggestions for a
55 years old, 155lbs. 5’8” you’ll probably have to click on the photo to see the whole thing. But this is a transformation of 40lb. weight loss. Every dude in here has a bigger d**k than me so don’t laugh. 😂
32F 4’10” 190.6 lb Very unhappy with my body currently. Recently started eating healthier and soon I’ll be exercising more so hopefully progress will start to show in time.
